NCRTC and IRCTC Sign MOU

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) and Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance passenger travel experiences under the ‘One India – One Ticket’ initiative. This collaboration enables seamless ticketing for Namo Bharat trains on the Delhi–Ghaziabad–Meerut RRTS Corridor through the IRCTC platform.

The MOU marks a significant step towards integrating travel services across Indian Railways and Namo Bharat trains. Passengers can now book Namo Bharat tickets alongside their regular train tickets on the IRCTC platform. Each ticket will feature a unique QR code for a hassle-free journey, with additional features such as flexible cancellation and easy payment options. This initiative aims to simplify and enhance the travel experience for all passengers, promoting digitalization and seamless connectivity.
